Information we use

We collect what we need to buy land and run the company: names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, parcel details, and what you tell us. Some of that comes from you. Some comes from public records and research we pay for.

How we use it

To reach owners, look at a property, close a purchase, and keep records. We do not sell your information for other companies’ marketing. We do not sell SMS opt-in lists.

Calls and texts

We may call or text about buying land. Reply STOP to leave the text list. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
