Text messaging program

Lotfolio LLC sends SMS messages to phone numbers where the owner has opted in. Messages may include inquiries about purchasing your land or property, follow-up about a parcel you asked us to review, and occasional updates about our land-buying services.

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to text messages from Lotfolio LLC.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation text. No further marketing or non-marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and our conversation. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
